The job: As a Remote Call Center Sales Advisor, you will:
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) promoting NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Network
- Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues
- Address client objections effectively and provide information to overcome potential barriers to the sale
- Maintain a strong understanding of products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and client details
- Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs
You are a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- A minimum of 6 months of experience with outbound sales
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience with handling objections
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using various software applications and programs.
- Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States
Technical Requirements: This is a bring-your-own-device role. Applicants who use their PC for work must acknowledge that they owned their PC prior to applying for employment and they did not purchase the PC to become employed at SP Data Digital.
- Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).
- Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM and an Intel I3 processor.
- Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.
- Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.
- Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.
