Assist Pharmacies with Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to community pharmacies, helping troubleshoot issues with software systems to ensure optimal operations. ? Handle Inbound Support Calls: Address technical and account-related inquiries from pharmacies with a focus on customer service. ? Proactively Reach Out to Pharmacies: Conduct outbound calls to check in, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues. Schedule/Shift: ? Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ? Location Requirement: Must reside in North Dakota Requirements: ? Licensure: ND State Pharmacy Technician License. ?
