- Accurate Assembly & Production: Operate machinery and equipment, follow standardized procedures, and ensure products meet quality and weight specifications.
- Efficiency in Production: Work quickly and safely to meet daily production quotas and support smooth line flow.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet all quality standards before moving to the next stage.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Physical Stamina: Lift materials (up to 60 lbs), stand for long periods, and stay active during shifts.
