We are seeking a passionate Remote 4-dayshift Customer Care - Phone And Chat! This is an exciting Remote opportunity with an immediate start. We offer a Competitive salary. 2nd Shift / Weekend Customer Care Agent is the fastest growing online retailer in the Lighting Industry and we are currently seeking Customer Care Agents for our 2nd shift and weekend hours. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day. Schedule for this role: Each shift will be 10 hours (for a 40 hour work week). We offer flexibility in the schedule per day.
