Remote Project Manager | Ground-Up Construction | MN - Michael Page - Minneapolis, MN - work from home job Company: Michael Page Job description: Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
- Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
- Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
- Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
- Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
- Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
- Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
- Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations

- 5+ years of construction experience
- Strong background in commercial construction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
