CompTIA Instructor (Remote, Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends)
Job Overview: Gandal Base LLC is seeking experienced CompTIA-certified instructors to teach online IT and cybersecurity courses, including CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), A+, Network+, and Security+. As a part-time instructor, you will deliver live, virtual training via Zoom, guiding students through CompTIA certification courses and preparing them for certification exams. Responsibilities: ? Deliver engaging and structured live, online instructor-led training in accordance with CompTIA course outlines. ? Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to students preparing for their certification exams. ? Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on labs to enhance learning outcomes. ? Assess student progress, provide feedback, and ensure comprehension of key IT and cybersecurity concepts. ? Maintain a supportive and interactive online learning environment. ? Stay updated with CompTIA certification changes and best teaching practices. Qualifications: ? CompTIA certifications required for the courses you will teach (ITF+, A+, Network+, and/or Security+). ? Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience in IT or cybersecurity preferred. ? Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex IT concepts in a clear, simple manner. ? Experience with online training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.). ? Ability to create hands-on labs, interactive lessons, and real-world examples to enhance student learning. ? Must have a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone for online instruction. Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with adult learners, career changers, or workforce development programs. ? Additional IT certifications such as CompTIA Linux+, CySA+, CASP+, CISSP, CISM, or AWS, Cisco, Microsoft certifications are a plus. ?
