The Jacuzzi Group, renowned for its innovation in the wellness products industry, is seeking a dedicated Product Information Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and disseminating product data across various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts and enhancing the customer experience by providing clear and comprehensive product details. As a Product Information Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Jacuzzi Group's Product Information Management (PIM) System, ensuring it is fully aligned with our platform requirements. Your primary duties will encompass maintaining high standards for our content, formatting information accurately, and uploading product details. Additionally, you will facilitate integrations with internal teams such as IT and ERP, as well as with external platforms including our B2B website and DTC e-commerce. In close collaboration with the Product Marketing team, you will ensure that we maintain data quality and adhere to best practices while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. This dynamic global role will support both our North American and International markets.

Key Responsibilities

Include:

  • Acquire and maintain product data within the Inriver PIM platform.
  • Perform data loads and mass data updates.
  • Work with local markets to ensure that global product offerings are completed within the required timeframe and to a high standard.
  • Serve as a consultant, functional advisor and problem solver with other stakeholders to optimize their use of the product suite as the PIM advocate.
  • As the internal PIM platform owner, you'll be guiding and supporting new users through onboarding, offering training and education across all functional areas.
  • Conduct routine health assessments, which encompass checking product information status, system logs, and database logs for any potential issues.
  • Keep up to date on current and road-mapped PIM features, functionality, and terminology.
  • Ensure the accurate configuration and adherence to current metadata standards of digital assets in order to uphold system search criteria.
  • Conducting technical troubleshooting across systems pertinent to the role.
  • Build internal protocols for marketing content updates with the Product Manager and technical copywriter.
  • Establish internal procedures for coordinating updates to the technical specifications in collaboration with the Product Engineering, Sustainability, and Regulatory teams.
  • Oversee connectors and APIs to facilitate e-commerce and dealer platforms.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PIM systems.
  • Experience with inriver PIM platform.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms required; Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) preferred.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Process-focused with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in data acquisition, organization, cleansing, and manipulation.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and manipulate Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML files.
  • Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data transformation.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with SFTP and file transfer tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compensation is determined by experience and ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
