Stay informed about changes in business regulations and market trends. ? Engage with clients through digital platforms, including chat, email, and video calls. ? Use technology to assess client needs and suggest customized solutions. ? Educate clients on available tools and self-service resources. ? Manage digital applications and ensure seamless client onboarding. ? Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the online client experience. Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred). ? Experience with digital platforms and customer engagement tools is a plus. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends. ? A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. ?
