As a commission-based recruiter specializing in blue-collar roles (primarily appliance repair and refrigeration technicians), you'll have the freedom to operate on your own terms without sourcing tools or additional support. - Independent Sourcing: Use your network, research skills, and creativity to identify and connect with high-quality blue-collar candidates.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with candidates, keeping an open and honest line of communication.
- Match Talent to Roles: Quickly understand our clients' needs and assess candidates to find the perfect match.
- Drive Placements: Utilize your hunting skills to make placements happen, without needing extra support or tools.
