About the position The Aviation Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Chantilly Air will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and crew utilizing the Chantilly Air Jet Center. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced business aviation environment. The CSR will assist with various tasks, including scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, booking accommodations, and collaborating with Line Service. The position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as the CSR will represent the company in all customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure. The CSR will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and crew at the Chantilly Air Jet Center.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license is necessary.
