As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you're the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night. You uphold a pleasant demeanor as you answer phone calls and assist clients. Whenever someone needs us, you promptly dispatch an available technician and fill them in about the job. - 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
These preferred qualifications aren't required, but they'd be nice to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
