As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you're the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night. You uphold a pleasant demeanor as you answer phone calls and assist clients. Whenever someone needs us, you promptly dispatch an available technician and fill them in about the job. You take excellent care of our clients and contribute to smooth business operations! WHO ARE WE?   • 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

These preferred qualifications aren't required, but they'd be nice to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
