Entry Level Accountant

This role is perfect for someone looking to build experience in accounting while contributing to a critical system transition. About the Role: You’ll support the transfer of financial data from an internal system to QuickBooks. While some accounting background is helpful, the client is specifically looking for someone not yet at an accountant level — someone who enjoys the hands-on work and won’t get bored with transactional or repetitive tasks. Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify financial data as it's transferred into QuickBooks
• Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger support
• Help with basic reporting or administrative accounting tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records
• Collaborate with team members during the system migration process

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or financial administration
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional office setting
• Dependable, task-oriented, and comfortable with routine work
