Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support through live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
