Your Role You’ll play a key role in our Compliance Team, reporting directly to our Ethics and Compliance Officer, Maxwelle. You'll help ensure our platform remains safe, compliant, and respectful for all users. This is what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities
Content Moderation & Compliance
- Review and approve or reject user-uploaded content based on platform standards
- Take action on content flagged for violations (e.g., inappropriate use, copyright infringement, etc.)
- Moderate video, image, and text content according to internal guidelines and processes
- Categorize and tag content for appropriate visibility and usage across the platform
Policy & Process Iteration
- Proactively suggest improvements to moderation tools, workflows, and guidelines
- Evaluate content through a risk-based lens and flag gaps in current policy/processes
- Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to ensure consistency and maintain a strong internal feedback loop
⚠️ Note: You will be regularly exposed to adult content in this role, including sexually explicit material. Your Qualifications Hard Skills
- Prior experience moderating content for an online platform
- Understanding of policy enforcement and compliance practices
- Ability to interpret and apply moderation guidelines with sound judgment
- Excellent command of English, including slang and nuanced communication
