Customer Representative

Job Summary: At Walgreens, your main task is to make people’s lives easier through exceptional customer service, establishing you as a key figure in the company. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing cash register activities, setting up merchandise displays, maintaining store signage, and helping with inventory control. Responsibilities:

• Extend a level of service that is genial, considerate, and timely to all clients.
• Execute transactions and manage the cash register while assisting customers.
• Assist in maintaining store presentations, restocking supplies, and managing signage.
• Support the maintenance and arrangement of stock within store inventories.
• Sustain a well-kempt and structured store layout.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and strive to resolve any issues they may be facing.
• Collaborate with team members in order to reach store goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous exposure is not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication capabilities coupled with a can-do attitude.
• Competence in handling various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work setting.
• Emphasizing a team-focused perspective with a strong customer orientation.
• Willing to work during evenings and weekends to meet scheduling needs.
