Customer Service Rep - Work From Home

The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals. Responsibilities:
- Helping customers by providing product and service information
- Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
