Sterilization Assistant (Entry Level)

We’re a family-owned orthodontic practice with two locations in the Inland Empire. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and all team members rotate between our Redlands and Beaumont offices. In this role, you’ll help keep our clinical areas safe and sparkling by sterilizing instruments, tidying up treatment areas, helping with patient care instructions, assisting with admin tasks, and joining in on community outreach and marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute
- Communicates clearly and effectively (Spanish-speaking is a big plus!)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative
- Works efficiently with digital systems and technology

Previous dental experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker—we’re happy to train the right person and even help you earn your radiography and orthodontic assisting certifications along the way.
