One of our companies is currently looking for a LLM Artificial Intelligence Moderator in Europe. As an LLM Artificial Intelligence Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive user experience across our platform. You will be responsible for moderating content, implementing and refining classifiers to detect sensitive topics, and ensuring compliance with global content regulations. You will also oversee AI behavior through prompt engineering, ensuring that interactions remain natural while adhering to community standards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve moderation systems, incorporate user feedback, and adapt content moderation practices to different cultural and regional contexts. Accountabilities:
- Monitor and filter inappropriate content to maintain a safe and positive environment for users.
- Implement and update classifiers to detect sensitive topics and ensure content aligns with community standards.
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to guide AI behavior while maintaining natural and respectful conversations.
- Define and enforce content moderation policies in accordance with company values, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with global content regulations, addressing socially acceptable NSFW behavior and distinguishing prohibited actions.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve moderation systems and user experience.
- Adapt content moderation strategies for multilingual and culturally diverse user bases, ensuring sensitive and inclusive interactions.
- Experience in studies related to human sexuality or social behavior.
- Familiarity with content moderation systems and classifiers for detecting sensitive topics.
- Proficiency in administering computer systems and understanding AI behavior.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI model adjustments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical systems in a simple manner.
- Experience managing large-scale customer feedback and translating it into actionable improvements.
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and content.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English, with strong collaborative and communication skills.
