You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers - Update customer profiles and records with relevant information regarding their inquiries and resolutions - Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service - Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by Aversan Inc. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer systems and ability to type at least 40 words per minute - Familiarity with aerospace or defense products and services is a plus - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Why Work With Us?
