I/T Innovation Internship

About the position The Auto Club Group (ACG) is excited to offer an internship opportunity for college students through its ACG Internship Program. This program is designed to provide a rich, relevant, and rewarding experience, allowing interns to connect, network, and grow while working on department-specific projects. The primary goal is to enhance the skills and abilities of young professionals and to identify and attract future talent for our organization. As an Insurance Operations Intern, you will be part of a small team, where you will have the chance to create proof-of-concept prototypes, conduct customer-focused research, and engage in in-market testing. You will gain valuable exposure to design thinking and agile methodologies, as well as conduct market research to evaluate opportunities for technological products' value propositions in a given market. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to learn and apply their knowledge in a practical setting. Interns will be compensated at a rate of $18.50 per hour for a commitment of 20 hours per week, with work hours scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (ET) from September 23rd to December 13th. The position is primarily remote, allowing interns to work from home, although occasional travel for meetings or team-building activities may be required. This flexibility is subject to change based on the ACG Flex Work policy amendments.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• At least a junior, fully enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college/university, with a minimum 3.0 GPA

• Studying a field related to Computer Science, Art and Design, or Human Centered Design

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
