Walmart Order Manager- Dropshipping (RVA)

Job Title: Walmart Order Manager (Dropshipping Business) Location: Remote (Preferably based in the Philippines) Hours:

• Start with 20 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time)
• Work hours aligned with EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• About the Role:

We are seeking a Walmart Order Manager to help manage and grow our Walmart dropshipping business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing orders on Walmart’s platform, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability, pricing, and stock management. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, sourcing profitable products, and maintaining accurate inventory and margins. Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders on Walmart.
• Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale.
• Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
• Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
• Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
• Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.
• Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly.
• Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed.
• Experience managing Walmart orders (mandatory).
• Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace.
• Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies.
• Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Must be reliable and able to work EST hours.
• Preferably male candidate from the Philippines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center and common retail sourcing sites.
• Knowledge of automation tools or programs used for Walmart dropshipping (a plus, but not required).
