Chat Support Representative
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing essential support to our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be crucial in helping us achieve our sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage incoming calls, chats and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry in our CRM system.
- Support the processing of orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse client base when necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including filing and documentation.
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with clients from different backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
