Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Jacksonville, NC is looking for one remote call center agent to join our team. We are located on 30 Meadow Ave. Jacksonville, Nc 28540. Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance or information. ? Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or conduct surveys. ? Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. ? Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company?s CRM system. ? Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service. ? Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction. ? Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies. Requirements & Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree is a plus). ? Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred. ? Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls. ? Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology. ? Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset. ?
