Sales - Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions (iPhone, iPad, Mac & Android Phones) ? Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment ? Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals ? Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers ? Creating sales and service tickets ? Provide one-on-one support and training to customers?? ? Qualifications: ?
