Center Associate Job Summary of Center Associate: This role provide exceptional customer service, process shipments, and operate print and office equipment. This role involves assisting customers with product and service inquiries while ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Center Associate:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance on shipping options and solutions.
- Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and point-of-sale devices.
- Process packages for local, national, and international courier shipments.
- Stay updated on product offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience of Center Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and quick to learn.
- Able to lift 40+ pounds.
