Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Desk Agent:
- Prior experience is not a prerequisite as training is included.
- Proficient in communicating and coecting with others.
- Foundational computer knowledge for package tracking and record retention.
- Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
- Being legally allowed to work in the U.S. is a fundamental prerequisite.
