Case Reviewer - Top Secret Required

Case Reviewer - TS Xcelerate Solutions is seeking Case Reviewers who will be part of a dynamic team supporting our client by reviewing reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the client. • Conduct thorough reviews of background investigation reports to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to federal and corporate standard operating procedures and requirements
• Provide guidance on background investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers.
• Maintain quality production that meets the contract requirements.
• Identify trends in errors and communicate findings to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management.
• Work closely with review team members, Field Investigators, and Record Searchers to develop training and guidance to improve the quality of background investigations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Past completion of New Reviewer/Investigator Training course.
• Ability to complete a pre-selection process to include 80% achievement on Credential Assessment if needed.
• Work experience as a Case Reviewer supporting the specific agency required.
• Ability to obtain and/or currently hold a PIV and/or CAC card if needed.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and with great attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to correspond via all platforms including in-person
• Strong sense of customer service, teamwork attitude, and impeccable work ethic, including integrity, and "can-do " attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet search capabilities, plus excellent time management and administrative skills are a must.
• Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• Prior agency specific experience - in a review capacity or investigations role.
• Prior experience reviewing agency specific federal background investigation reports.
