This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while providing essential support to our students across Michigan. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs.
• Provide engaging and adaptive instruction in a virtual classroom setting.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student progress.
• Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Valid Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement.
• Proven experience in K-12 special education, with a strong understanding of various learning disabilities and instructional strategies.
• Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote classroom effectively.
