- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- *Requirements:**
