call center sales representative (Remote)

*This is a work from home position. Our client, an online financial lender, is seeking call center application support representatives that reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT. What you’ll be doing:

• Effectively handle calls by guiding customers through the loan application process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of company products and services
• Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

Location:

• This is a work from home position. Our client is seeking application support representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

Pay and Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
• Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.
• Perks and benefits start day one!

Work hours Applicants must be available to work weekdays from 8:00am - 8:00pm, and some schedules may include weekends.

• Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
• We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
