This individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients and reports directly to the RPG Vice President Leasing. This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals and RPG processes. This position will be responsible for providing timely, high quality service to our client, and being the direct point of contact in property management within a defined territory. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Researching Encroachments and provide action as needed - Title Inquiries - Accounts Receivable - Violations - Terminations - Reviewing/replacing expired or expiring leases - Serve as information resource to client and customers - conduct research, compile data and process inquiries - Develop and maintain positive relationships with client's internal departments - Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Real Estate License - Ability to work independently, multi-task and management time proficiently - Critical thinking and attention to detail - Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language - Five+ years property management experience - Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills - Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce, and SharePoint Location: On-site –Fort Worth, TX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
