You will be responsible for the following key duties: 1. Community Engagement: •

• Act as the face and voice of Yelp, fostering meaningful interactions with our online community members.

• Respond to user inquiries, provide valuable insights, and build strong relationships with our user base.

• Monitor, moderate, and curate user-generated content to ensure the highest quality and maintain our community guidelines.

• 2. Content Creation: •

• Create engaging and informative content, including articles, reviews, and blog posts, to promote local businesses and events.

• Collaborate with local businesses to spotlight their offerings and share their stories.

•

• Produce regular newsletters and updates to keep the community informed and engaged.

• 3. Events and Promotions: •

• Organize and promote community events, both online and offline, to bring Yelp users together and celebrate local businesses.

• Collaborate with local businesses to create exclusive promotions, deals, and offers for Yelp users.

• 4. Feedback and Improvement: •

• Gather and analyze user feedback to provide valuable insights to the Yelp team for platform enhancements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure Yelp continued success.

• Required Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: •

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
