Remote Sales Agent

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and goal driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team. We focus on promoting our brand utilizing a blend of sales strategies that will ensure a positive experience and provide a high level of customer service. Sales representatives will be responsible to follow-up with pre-qualified leads generated daily from our outside lead generation team, radio advertising, referrals, social media, and website. There's no "cold calling". All leads are pre-generated. On-going training and coaching will help you reach a high level of success and earnings. Qualifications/Requirements: • Represent Weed Man with honesty and integrity in all daily activities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in goal driven environment • Ability to be coached • Customer service and/or sales experience is an asset but not required Required education: • High school or equivalent Hours: 10- 2 & 4-8 Monday- Thursday, 10-2 Friday, 10- 2 Saturday Required experience: • Sales experience preferred but not a must.
