What You’ll Do In this role, you will serve as an experienced individual contributor within a team, with the opportunity to further develop your leadership, guidance, and mentoring skills. As a Senior Data Visualization Specialist, you’ll be responsible for transforming complex data sets into visual representations that help stakeholders easily understand trends and make informed decisions. To excel, you’ll need a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Power BI.

Primary Expectations

• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
• Manage reporting requirements, including tracking needs, decisions, and execution.
• Interface with VA personnel to understand reporting strategies and align on new reports.
• Evaluate updates to business processes for impacts on reporting logic or new reporting requirements.
• Provide input on data collection requirements to meet reporting goals.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent years of experience in place of education).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for high-level leadership.
• Ability to work efficiently in an Agile environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting Office 365.
• Knowledge of DAX and/or M code is a plus.
• Experience using SharePoint to organize and store documents.
• Federal contracting experience.
