This position offers a competitive salary of $750 to $950 per week, with the added benefit of tips. The role is designed for individuals who prefer a stable work schedule without night or weekend shifts, focusing on teamwork and professional development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Perform residential cleaning tasks in teams. , • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. , • Utilize provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. , • Engage with customers and promote tipping through the TCA phone app. , • Participate in ongoing training and skill development. , • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. , • Valid Driver's License and car with insurance required. , • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. , • Strong attention to detail in residential cleaning. , • Willingness to learn and adapt to specific cleaning standards. , • Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
