Build an Automated Make.com Workflow to Parse Email Leads and Send to HubSpot Description: I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to create a Make.com (formerly Integromat) workflow that will handle new form submissions from web3forms, parse the data from email, and then push those leads into HubSpot via the Forms API. Here’s what I need: Email Trigger: Configure Make.com to watch for incoming emails (Gmail or IMAP). Only process messages from a specific sender or subject (the web3forms notifications). Data Extraction: Parse the email body to extract the lead’s Name, Email, Phone, and Company. If the lead’s Name is a single field, map it to HubSpot’s “firstname” property. HubSpot Integration: Use an HTTP module to send the extracted data to HubSpot’s Forms API. Include my HubSpot Portal ID and Form GUID. Correctly map each field (e.g., firstname, email, phone, company). Validation & Error Handling: Handle cases where fields are missing or invalid. Provide clear logging and error notifications (e.g., via email or Slack). Optional: Logging & Alerts: Log each successful submission to a spreadsheet or database. Notify me if a submission fails, so I can address the issue promptly. Deliverables: A fully configured Make.com scenario that can be easily modified or expanded in the future.
