Responsibilities • Manage after-hours and weekend operations, including answering phones, email monitoring, and scheduling service appointments. • Coordinate technician schedules for service calls, installations, and repairs. • Dispatch technicians promptly and efficiently to job sites. • Adjust technician schedules as needed to handle emergencies or last-minute changes. • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and concerns during nights, weekends, and holidays. • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly. • Maintain accurate systems for documents and client records. • Support implementation and use of the Client CRM. • Additional tasks to support company growth. Minimum Qualifications: • Experience in scheduling or dispatching • Experience similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is a plus • ServiceTitan experience 1+ • Experience in a Cloud based CRM (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, SingleOps etc) is a plus. • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. • Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials is a plus. • Must pass background check • You must be a resident of the following below states • Delaware • Florida • Georgia • Indiana • Kentucky • Michigan • New Hampshire • North Carolina • Ohio • Pennsylvania • Tennessee • South Carolina • Vermont • Virginia • West Virginia TECH REQUIREMENTS: • Desktop or Laptop with webcam & speakers and a second monitor • Operation System must be Windows or Mac based • Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook & Android systems are NOT compatible • 8gb RAM or more Windows or Mac Desktop or Laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor • Supportable internet speeds and router easily accessible from your workspace Position Details: • Remote, full-time position. • Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays (flexibility required).
