Look no further! We’re on the hunt for upbeat and professional individuals to join our team as Virtual Receptionists. This role is perfect for you if… You enjoy chatting with people over the phone. You’ve had experience in administrative or receptionist roles. You’re available to work Monday and Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays between 7:30 am to 9 pm. You can commit to 2 weeks of paid training sessions, happening Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm. You can complete 16 hours of shadowing, which we’ll schedule around your classes. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Answering incoming calls for various businesses across the country. Using your friendly demeanor and tech skills to provide top-notch service. Multitasking like a pro while navigating multiple screens. Typing up detailed messages with zero spelling or grammatical errors. Ensuring a distraction-free workspace at home. And here’s what you’ll need: A reliable hardwired internet connection. A high-quality wired headset with a microphone. A USB keyboard and mouse. The ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
