Job Title: Remote Receptionist & Administrative Assistant (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800 - 2,100 USD/month depending on experience paid via Gusto Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, lunch can be taken anytime of the day. Job Overview Our client services septic systems along with repairs, inspections, installations and health department paperwork. The Receptionist position is crucial for our client as it provides the initial point of contact for all their clients. As part of a small, dedicated team, the individual in this role will manage incoming telephone calls, scheduling, administrative paperwork, and filing. Prioritizing phone calls is essential to the success of the business. Responsibilities include answering and returning calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and completing and submitting paperwork. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, adhering to established processes. • Assist callers by answering frequently asked questions and providing relevant job information. • Utilize company scheduling and payment software effectively. • Accurately take and electronically transmit messages as needed. • Complete and submit paperwork to the appropriate resources. • Track and file paperwork through completion. • Assist with team delegation, ensuring team members are assigned to scheduled jobs and managing follow-up and rescheduling as required. • Follow up on past due invoices. • File IFTA and Sales Tax Returns. Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: • Ability to communicate processes clearly to clients. • General client communication skills. • Familiarity with Jobber (not required but beneficial).
