Responsibilities: Enter and update customer, transaction, and operational data into company databases. Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Ensure timely processing of data to support company operations. Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval. Work closely with other departments to verify and validate information. Generate reports and summaries based on collected data. Identify inefficiencies in data management and suggest improvements. Follow company procedures and industry regulations for data handling. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience with CRM or database management systems is an advantage. Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
