Responsibilities • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain and update files, records, and databases as needed. • Assist in order entry processes and ensure all orders are processed correctly. • Utilize various computer systems to input data and generate reports. • Organize and manage electronic files to ensure easy retrieval of information. • Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks as required. • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure integrity and accuracy. • Apply basic math skills for data verification when necessary. Experience • Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred. • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems for data management. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with administrative procedures and office protocols is advantageous. • Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately. • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work output.
