Sam's Club is hiring for Payment Processing Specialist The role of the Payment Processing Specialist at Sam's Club involves more than merely processing members' payments. During busy periods, the Associate must multitask and manage the checkout lane smoothly, creating a seamless process for members. What You'll Do: • Maintain Safety: Secure the safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, adhering to regulations for hazardous materials, and reporting any unsafe situations to management. • Provide Member Service: Recognize members, help with buying choices, search for merchandise, solve difficulties, and promote products from your company. Help clients through self-help technologies, process purchases, manage payments, and oversee transactions at registers or self-checkout points. • Comply with Policies: Comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and procedures, executing action plans and using the Open Door Policy. • Complete Work Assignments: Employ policies, data, and resources to rank duties, work cohesively with teammates, update on progress regularly, and adjust to changing requirements.
