Content Creator (Youtube/Tiktok)

BetterWild is on a mission to create the most animal friendly pet brand on the planet and were looking for a pet-loving Content Creator to support our growth! This role will be our first in-house content creator and will play a key part in establishing a rock solid foundation for the future. We are a lean, agile team looking for a creative, self-motivated creator to join us. We are looking for a highly skilled Video Content Creator capable of producing high quality, engaging, viral video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand and drive engagement with our audience. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the different platforms, including best practices and unique trends. Candidates must be able to concept, shoot, and edit content directly; Develop, shoot, and edit original video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok (this includes both short- and long-form videos, depending on the platform) Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and changes across the platforms, including viral content and platform updates Co-opt trends in a way that fits our brand and resonates with our audience, while staying true to our brand Work closely with our in-house creative team to keep organic and paid content in sync, as appropriate, and identify collaboration opportunities Edit raw footage into high-quality videos with strong, clear messaging and compelling visuals; actively court and interact with influencers and potential partners to build our presence Monitor and report video performance across platforms; synthesize insights for the team and use them to refine and improve both the content and the strategyQualifications: Demonstrated capability creating and editing high performing video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok Proficiency with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of the aforementioned platforms and their unique features Excellent storytelling skillsA high degree of creativity Attention to detail in video quality and editing High degree of familiarity with social media analytics The ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline driven environment Apply Job!
