Facilities Specialist

Facilities Specialist Pay from $30 to $35 per hour with significant growth and earning potential! Join us as a Facilities Specialist to help keep our buildings a beautiful place to work. No sweat! Keep your cool while you work in our air-conditioned facilities. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Position Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects. • Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems. • Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks. • Inspect and test fire protection systems. • Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities. • Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork. Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry. • Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner. • Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs. • A valid driver's license.
