Warehouse Associate
Join our growing e-commerce business as a Warehouse Associate in Linden, NJ. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help manage inventory, prepare shipments, and keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. This full-time role offers $15 per hour (cash) pay, flexible hours, and on-the-job training with opportunities to learn and grow in the business. Job Details ? Pay: $15 per hour (cash) ? Schedule: Full-time (flexible hours; must be available when scheduled shipments arrive for prep) ? Training: Provided on all tasks (basic computer and basic skills required) ? Location: Elizabeth, NJ (on-site in our warehouse) Responsibilities ? Inventory Scanning: Use Google Sheets and SAS to scan UPC codes of used liquidation products. ? Product Photography: Take high-quality photos of products using a provided camera and lightbox setup. ? Labeling & Recording: Label each product with a unique letter/number code and record its details in Google Sheets. ? Documentation: Stay organized and maintain consistent documentation for all inventory. ? Receiving Shipments: Assist with FBA prep by unloading merchandise from UPS or freight deliveries upon arrival. ? Inventory Identification: Use Google Sheets to identify incoming items and attach the correct labels to products. ? Packing & Weighing: Prepare products for shipment, pack boxes, and ensure each box is under 48 lbs (weigh boxes to confirm). ? Shipping Coordination: Schedule UPS pickups for outbound shipments and send inventory to Walmart as needed. ? Maintain Productivity: Keep a productive work environment (music is allowed as long as productivity remains high). Requirements ? Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs. ? Warehouse Skills: Comfortable with hands-on, physical warehouse work. ? Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and very basic skills. ? Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions closely. ? Attention to Detail: Careful and detail-oriented, especially with labeling and record-keeping. Growth Opportunities ?
