Virtual Auto Damage Trainee

Auto Damage Trainee Our Auto Damage team provides unparalleled customer service after accidents. We're seeking motivated individuals for this remote position in the Phoenix area, with opportunities for growth and flexibility. Primary work will be remote, but may require field or in-office work occasionally. We offer industry-leading training, including 3-weeks of hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA facility, to teach you automobile damage adjusting. You'll assist customers after accidents or major disasters using the latest tools and tech. Your key responsibilities will include: ? Inspecting and assessing vehicle damage from various accidents ? Estimating repair costs and negotiating equitable settlements ? Partnering with other adjusters and supervisors to work with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers You'll be challenged to continually grow your skills and knowledge to better understand our industry, company, and customers. A valid driver's license, meeting company underwriting guidelines for the past 3 consecutive years, and applicable state and federal certifications and permits ? Flexibility with primary work location, as the position is primarily remote but may require occasional field or in-office work ? Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills ? Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills ? Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a willingness to expand these skills ?
