Multiple Tenure-Track Position in Computer Science and Engineering ? Applications are invited for multiple tenure-track positions at the Assistant, Associate and/or Full Professor levels across all areas of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus. The department?as hired 21 faculty in the last four years (8 in the last two years) and aims to continue its rapid growth across different areas over the coming?ears.?omputer?cience and Engineering welcomes diversity among its workforce and works within the Penn State community to address special considerations, as needed. We are looking to fill?ositions specifically in the following areas: ?

• Theoretical Computer Science: All areas will be

considered, algorithms, theoretical machine learning, cryptography, quantum computing, and computational biology. ? Computer Security: All areas of computer security will be considered, including software security, systems and hardware security, network security, and applied cryptography. Data Science:?ll areas of machine learning, Al, and data science will be considered, including theory, NLP, computer vision, robotics, optimization, fairness, and applications to scientific data.? The Associate Professor should possess the same qualifications as the Assistant Professor but must also provide evidence of an established reputation in scholarly or professional achievement. The Professor should possess the same qualifications as the Associate Professor but must also provide evidence of a substantial record of advanced research and/or creative work, and of leadership in their field of specialization.
