Skilled Pilates Training Personnel - Weekly Pay Benefits (ARJ)

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated Pilates Instructors to join our team. As a Pilates Coach you will lead engaging, effective, and safe classes for individuals or groups. Your expertise will empower our clients to build strength, flexibility, and balance, guiding them through exercises. You will be responsible for creating personalized programs, providing modifications, and ensuring that everyone receives the best possible experience. Part-time position with benefits, including, health, dental, vision, and more! Job Responsibilities: ? Plan, organize, and lead recreational programs and activities, including sports, fitness classes, games, and other leisure activities. ? Develop choreography and routines and incorporates music. ? Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by enforcing rules, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies as necessary. ? Provide instruction and guidance to participants of various skill levels, adapting programs to meet the needs of individuals and groups. ? Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely. ? Promote participation in recreational activities through community outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts. ? Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete necessary forms related to program attendance, incidents, and other relevant data. ? Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development. ? Collaborate with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program offerings and improve service delivery. ? Perform other duties of a similar nature or level. Skills and Requirements: ? Must be at least 18 years of age. ? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. ? Must obtain First Aid; CPR/AED, within 30 days of hire date. ? Fitness Certification or valid certification for the specific class(es) assigned ? Six (6) months of formal fitness or classroom teaching, or related experience; or, an equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. ? Able to develop fitness routines that incorporates music, tempo, cueing techniques, rhythm, and choreography ? Able to develop and implement fitness classes appropriate to the class description and ability level of participants. ? Operate basic computer programs. ? Able to write reports and fill out forms. Note: You must be able to commute to Queen Creek, AZ. Certification for this position is required.
