About the position As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shifts, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers. , ? At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees. , ? Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly. , ? Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves ? Experience with cash-handling and store safety. , ?
