Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter and identify suspicious activity. , ? Ensure perimeter and access control for the property. , ? Maintain a detailed on-duty activity log. , ? Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times. , ? Interact with the public, clients, and emergency responders professionally. , ? Investigate potential safety issues or vandalism. , ? Check vehicles and individuals on premises after hours. , ? Search properties for trespassers or suspicious activities. , ? Maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement agencies. , ? Address any additional client concerns and maintain vigilance while protecting client's assets. Requirements ? Must be at least 18 years of age. , ? Eligibility to work in the United States. , ? Current California Guard Card. , ? Current CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience and a good driver history. , ? High School Diploma or equivalent. , ? Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift on various surfaces. , ? Excellent time management skills. , ? Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. , ? Reliable form of transportation. Nice-to-haves ? Excellent interpersonal and written skills. , ?
